SHIPPING
How do I track my order?
 

Once payment has been received, shipping will be arranged within 24 - 48 hours. You will receive an email confirming shipment and when your item is estimated to arrive. You may also receive an email requesting additional information if your shipping address is incorrect or incomplete.

 

What are your delivery options?
 

The shipping company chosen will depend on your location and how quickly you need the item. Carriers used in Canada include Canada Post, UPS, FedEx and Purolator. 

If you need your item sent rush, an estimate of the cost to you would be provided for your approval before shipping.

 

What is your return policy?

Items can be returned for a refund but they must be unused and returned within 3 business days. As well, the customer must pay for all return costs. If the customer resides in Calgary, we offer complimentary pick-up of the item to

be returned.

Do you provide International delivery?
 

We currently ship to Canada only. If you reside in the US and are interested in purchasing any items on this website, please contact us. You would be responsible for paying all shipping and import costs, as well as paying all return delivery costs.
